How much is it to pre-order a Quill plushie?
- We’re partnering with trusted plushie-creator Makeship, and like all their plushies, Quill will be priced at $29.99 USD.
- Early birds only need to provide a $2 refundable deposit, and will be charged the remaining amount once the campaign meets its goal and we begin production!
Do you ship to my country?
- Makeship can ship to most locations worldwide, the easiest way to check if a region is available is to add to cart and see if the country you're looking for is on the list in the shipping address section!
How big is the plushie?
- We're teaming up with Makeship to create this plushie so you can expect it to be around the same size as their standard plushies: around 20x11.5cm!
What if the goal isn’t reached? Do I lose my $2?
- Nope! The $2 deposit is totally refundable!

- Thank you so much! We are currently running a Petition Campaign, for early bird pre-orders. You can help us reach our goal of 200 pledges by spreading the word to your friends, family, and to other VR communities on Discord, FB groups and Reddit. 📣
- Look for an email from Makeship with a code to claim your exclusive Discord role!
- If we meet our goal:
- Early birds will be granted a special Discord role as we share the design process and are invited to vote on some of the final design considerations!
- Once our design is finalized, we can launch our official Pre-Order Campaign!
How do I get my Discord role?
- First, make sure you have joined our official Discord!
- Look for an email from Makeship with a code to claim your exclusive Discord role
- Once you have joined our Discord and have your code:
- Locate the bot “MJ23” at the top of the Discord member list.
- Message MJ23 with the one-time use code you received. It will be a sixteen digit alphanumeric code that is not separated by dashes.
- MJ23 will assign your role. That’s it! You’re all done!

What’s the difference between a Petition Campaign and the Pre-Order Campaign?
- The first step is a Petition Campaign, which is similar but only requires a $2 deposit right now and acts as a pledge so we can start designing our Quill plushie.
- Then, we can launch our Pre-Order Campaign and showcase what the actual Quill plushie will look like.
- At this time we may also include community stretch goals so we can add extra goodies to everyone’s order! So even early birds will want to pay attention.
- The Pre-Order Campaign will span for 21 days and we’re aiming to launch it sometime this summer. (see: When will I actually receive my plushie? for details why)
When will I actually receive my plushie?
- We can’t promise an exact date, but we can estimate.
- The design process takes as long as it needs to until we (Polyarc + Early Birds) are happy! Typically this spans 1-3 months.
- Then, the Pre-Order Campaign launches and spans 21 days.
- Then, the actual production and distribution phase typically takes 3 months.
- With these estimates in mind, we feel confident to have Quill in hand and at home by Holiday 2025.
How and when will I receive my Moss OST code for Steam?
- If you are one of the first 200 early bird pre-orders, you will be receiving an email from Makeship with your Discord Role and digital Steam code to redeem your copy of the Moss Original Soundtrack.
