Polyarc is seeking a Principal UI/UX Designer to shepherd the creation of visually compelling and innovative user interfaces that elevate player engagement and help define the creative vision for our games. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of UI/UX within our studio while growing into a position of influence and mentorship over time.
As a Principal UI/UX Designer at Polyarc, you’ll combine artistic vision with technical expertise to create intuitive and immersive interfaces that connect meaningfully with a wide variety of players. You will work closely with teams across multiple disciplines, ensuring alignment with the game’s overarching vision while contributing to a high-fidelity approach to UI design.
This role is embedded within our Game Design discipline, requiring a strong understanding of game design principles, with a primary focus on UI design and an ability to support UX integration into gameplay seamlessly. Principal Designers at Polyarc are expected to bridge gaps across disciplines, proactively address challenges, and unify workflows to deliver cohesive and engaging player experiences.

Polyarc’s salary range for this role is:
Any final compensation is dependent on position leveling, taking into consideration the candidate’s qualifications and experiences.
