Fingerprint smudges on the PS4 camera lens can sometimes lead to poor tracking quality of the PSVR headset. Cleaning the camera lens with some eyeglass wipes will usually resolve the issue. Take care to make sure there is nothing on the surface of the lens that will scratch the plastic when wiping it clean.
